Our Services are designed to assist users in engaging with YouTube content lawfully. We prohibit the use of our tools for unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of copyrighted material. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through our Services, please follow the procedures below.
1. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notification
If you are a copyright owner or their authorized representative and believe that content accessible through OneTuber infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent. - Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., title, description, or a URL to the original work).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or specific location on our website where the material can be found.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent:
Email: [email protected]
We aim to respond to valid notices within 5 business days. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
2. Action on Valid Copyright Claims
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the material (if applicable) of the removal and provide them with a copy of the notice.
- Document the action in accordance with DMCA requirements.
We may also terminate access to our Services for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location on our website before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Muscat, Oman and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice.
Send counter-notifications to:
Email: [email protected]
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action to restrain the alleged infringer.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, OneTuber maintains a policy of terminating access to our Services for users who are repeat infringers. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts or access to our tools for users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or our Terms of Service.
5. Fair Use and Limitations
OneTuber does not adjudicate disputes over fair use, transformative use, or other copyright exceptions.
